Structure Features:
Series COS of pumps have horizontal axially split structure, with suction and discharge below the pump shaft center line, and vertical to the shaft line to be in horizontal direction. It facilitate easy disassembling and maintenance without moving inlet and outlet pipeline The integral rotor completion can be lifted fit-in for easy maintenance. The whole rotor part can be operated in reverse rotation either.
The optimal design of double suction impeller minimized the axial force, and the fine casted impeller with excellent hydraulic performance is finished to have definite anti-cavitation and high efficiency.
The double volute casing structure greatly reduced radial forces and forces to the bearing which prolonged bearing life. The shaft length is shorten designed so achieved good stiffness without vibration. What’s more,the shaft is ensured no contact to the liquid and no corrosion to have long service life.
