HL pump series are single stage vertical mixed flow pumps. HL type vertical mixed flow pump has high efficiency and good cavitation performance and is applied to transfer clean water or any other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to water. The liquids can not be higher than 80 degree. It is mainly used for urban water supply and drainage, power plant water circulation, dock water level Control, hydraulic engineering and farmland irrigation and so on.
DESIGNATION :
HL pump series are mixed flow pump with blades adjustable after dismantling and mixed flow pump with blades adjustable without dismantling after running our or in operation. As for the HL pumps with adjustable blades after siamanling,the blades and impeller hub are bolted together. When the working condition is changed,you can loosen the blade nuts,take our the fixed pin,then rotate the blades to make the base line of the blades meet the angle line of the impeller hub that you need,then install the pin and fix the nuts to complete the adjustment.
As for the HL pumps with the blades adjustable without dismantling, the angle of the blades can be adjusted after running out or in peration. The blades angle can be changed to meet the head and capacity you need, Customer can adjust the blade angles according to the performance table by themselves subject to the actual condictions,otherwise the blades angles are at 0°.
HL series pump mainly consist of casing parts and rotor parts. Normally the casing parts consist of inlet pipe,impeller housing,diffuser,cone pipe,pump stool,base plate,discharge elbow,rubber bearing and stuffing box assembly etc. In small-medium size HL pumps inlet pipe is made as suction bell mouth while in large scale Hl pump it is made as elbow pipes. The totor parts consist of impeller assembly,shaft,coupling etc. Normally impeller assembly consisted of blades and blades adjustment construction.
